Obituary's Biography:
William E. Freundt, 74, a resident of Fox Lake, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016, at his home. He was born May 31, 1941 in Chicago to William H. and Bernice (nee: Dalmer) Freundt. William enjoyed golfing, playing cards, fishing, assembling model airplanes, and playing the banjo. Most of all he loved his family. William is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Lou , whom he wed on August 12, 1961 in Grayslake, IL, his children Cathy (Ken) Laurel of Antioch, William A. (Doreen) of Antioch, Thomas C. of Fox Lake, Lora (Vernon) Browne of Spring Grove, his grandchildren James, Kyle, Brittany, Cailee, Valerie, Zachary, and Alex, his sister Susan (Joel) Mosier of Antioch. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Joanne, and his brother Allan. Friends of the family may visit on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at STRANG FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM, 410 East Belvidere Road (Route 120), Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 11:00am at the funeral chapel. Interment will be held following the services at Warren Cemetery in Gurnee.
