Obituary's Biography:

Virginia M. Nash-Del Vescovo 90, a resident of Round Lake Beach, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Hillcrest Nursing Home. She was born October 11, 1926 in Chicago, IL to Matthew and Anna Jacob. Virginia’s lifelong passion was playing the piano and singing. An avid churchgoer, she sang in many choirs and was often the soloist. She loved to dance as well as entertain. Virginia is survived by her children Mary Nash-Powell, George Nash, Jr. (Elisabeth), and Timothy Nash, her grandchildren Elizabeth Powell and Kathryn Powell, her great-grandchildren Michael, Sade-Grace, and Trevor, her brother Jerome Jacob, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband George Nash Sr., her second husband Angelo Del Vescovo, and her son Michael Nash. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 22, 2017 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 10:00am at St. Peters Catholic Church 27551 Volo Village Rd. Volo, IL. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
