Victoria Ann Wylie, 56, a resident of Lake Villa, IL passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in McHenry, IL. She was born January 4, 1959 in Evanston, IL to Arthur and Roberta Phillips. She was a member of the North Lake County Quilters Guild and had worked for the Durham Bus Company in Lake Villa as a bus driver and bus aid. Victoria is survived by her children Scott (Kara) Phillips, Sam (Rachael) Wylie, Joe “Toby” Phillips, Angela “AJ” (Jason) Mattox, and Melissa “Missy” (Ryan) Carlson, her 13 grandchildren, her brother Arthur (Doreen) Phillips III, and her sisters Margaret “Cari” (Jerome) Hemmerling and Felicia Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Thomas Wylie. Friends of the family may visit on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL. The funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday April 1, 2015 at 10:30am at the funeral chapel. Interment will be held privately.
