Thomas Eugene Pospiech, a resident of Grayslake, passed away Monday November 18, 2013, at home, at the age of 81. He was born April 10, 1932 in Chicago, IL. Thomas resided in Glenview from 1969 to 2000. He worked as a machine operator at Teledyne Post for 40 years. Thomas is survived by his wife of 60 years, to Joan, whom he wed on June 5, 1954 in Chicago, his children Linda (George) Hoth, Tom (Carol), Ken (Karen), Bruce (Mary), 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and his brother James (Marilyn) Pospiech of Bloomingdale, IL. Friends of the family may visit on Friday November 22, 2013 from 9:00am until 10:00am with a funeral mass commencing at 10:00am at St. Mary of Annunciation 22333 W. Erhart Rd. Mundelein, IL. The interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery next to the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls 1140 W. Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60607.
