Obituary's Biography:
Terry Garrison, of Mundelein, Illinois, loving husband of Robin, passed away at age 67 on August 8, 2018 at his home after a courageous battle with illness. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Lois Jean Gibson and the late Arlin Bruce Garrison. He graduated from Mundelein High School in 1969 and Western Illinois University and had a successful career as a printing salesman. Terry is survived by his daughter, Jennifer and her husband Robert Blessing of Grayslake, Illinois; grandson, Jordan Blessing; and granddaughter on the way. He is also survived by his brother, Dale and his wife Doris Garrison of Gilbert, Arizona, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce, husband of Ginny Garrison. He will be remembered for his passion and talent as a musician and artist. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. A special thank you to the Vitas hospice nurses. Sorry to hear about this, we lived on Ridgemoor and played with the Garrisons all the time
Celebrating a life from long ago. Terry grew up in the house behind ours when we lived on Ridgemoor. Played a lot together when we were young. My family moved to Libertyville in the summer of 1963 and I never saw Terry after that move. Good memories of those times though. Garrison’s were famous – they had an empty lot next door to their house while we lived in the neighborhood.
