Susan Anne Green visitation is scheduled for Wednesday January 8, 2014 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030.  A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday January 9, 2014 at 10:30am at the funeral chapel.  Interment will follow at Avon Centre Cemetery in Grayslake, IL.
