  2. Working with Sandy during the past 5+ years I saw first hand how she was both loved and respected by all of her work associates. When we received word of her passing there was not a dry eye in the building.

I view Sandy’s passing with great sorrow and loss having worked with her on a daily basis . . . always upbeat and with a smile, she always had time for those around her to help with work or personal assistance. Likewise, my wife who knew Sandy was saddened at the loss of this wonderful lady.

She was unique person and her passing will leave us all less than we were before.

Sandy, rest in peace, you fought a good battle and now it’s over . . . you’ve gone home!

  8. I worked with Sandy at Coleman Cable, the office is just not the same without her. The few years that I knew Sandy our friendship grew. I learned what a caring, compassionate and giving person she was. She loved her family very much and talked about them all the time. Especially her son, she was so proud of him. Sandy will truly be missed by many, myself included.

  13. Michael, Sharon, Susan, Sally and Sheryl:

I was very saddened by the news of your mother/sister’s passing. I had just spoken to her about three weeks ago at which time she shared with me her decisions for her final days. She was very excited to be able to spend time with you, Michael, for your birthday and for some mother/son time. You were a very special part of her life and you were her pride and joy.

She was a very special woman in my life. She was a very giving person and was always willing to give herself to others in need. I will never forget the times she helped me out when my son, Steven, was in the hospital three times in six months. She helped get my kids back and forth to school and she made casseroles for us so we would have meals when I was spending most of my time with Steven.

Hang on to the great memories of the times you have shared together. These will help you get through some of the rough days that will come your way. She is your angel up above and she is watching over you all. She is finally at peace and not suffering anymore. God love such a very special person in all of your lives as well as mine.

She will be missed, but we will see her again in another life.

God bless you, Sandy. We love you and will miss you dearly.

    Love you all,

    Starr
