My depest sympathy to the entire Nootbaar family. Mr. Nootbaar was one of my scoutmasters in the 80s. I was in Troop 186 with Mark. We had a lot of great times camping and I appreciate all the time he gave to the Boy Scouts. I remember getting prepared for campouts at the Nootbaar house. We were pulling tents out of every corner of the garage. I made some great memories in scouting and Troop 186 was the best. My dad, Dave Bell was also heavily involved in the Troop as well. He passed 4 years ago. I hope you can find comfort in the fact that Mr. Nootbaar helped to raise a community of boys into young men. He will be missed.
