Obituary's Biography:

Norma M. Marcin, 78, a resident of Gurnee and formerly of Chicago, passed away Saturday July 19, 2014. She was born July 31, 1935 in Chicago, IL to Gino and Mary Cattapan. Norma is survived by her husband of 40 years, Edward, her daughter Gina Marie (Jonathan Rogers) Marcin, her nieces and nephews Leo Brieske, Tina (Richard) Swanson, Geno (Michele) Brieske, Marilyn (Robert) Kirk, her great-nieces, Lyn Marie Swanson and Michelle (Robb) Westland, and her great-nephew, Sean (Sarah) Kirk, and her great-great-nieces, Reese and Addison Westland, and Aoife Kirk. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister and brother-in-law, Nilde and Leo Brieske. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday May 22, 2014 from 3:30pm until 8:30pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030. The funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday July 23, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Paul the Apostle 6401 Gages Lake Rd. Gurnee, IL. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
