Obituary's Biography:

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Nathaniel Kyle Zapata Lee. He was 24 years old and a resident of Round Lake, IL. Nathan was born October 22, 2000, in Island Park, IL to Maria Luisa Zapata and Manuel Lee.

Despite all the challenges that came with his health conditions, he always made sure to make everyone laugh with his lively humor. Though he could barely talk, Nathan proved that actions speak louder than words. He continues to inspire us with his resilience and unwavering spirit.

Nathan will be remembered for his warm smile, laughter, love, and courage. He had a battle well fought and lived a happy life until the very end.

The ones we love are never really gone; they are always with us in our hearts.

Nathan is survived by his mother Maria Luisa Z. Lee and his sister Franchesca Louise Zapata Bactol of Round Lake, IL. He was preceded in death by his father Manuel Lee.

A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm with the service commencing at 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions can be made to Ann & Robert H.
