Michael E. Smart, 71, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. He was born December 28, 1946 in Chicago, IL. Michael was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the US Navy. All funeral services were held privately and entrusted to Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Belvidere Rd.
