Obituary's Biography:

It is with great sadness that the family of Jeffrey James Connolly announces his passing on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the age of 47.

Jeff will be forever remembered by his 4 children: James (20), Ryan (18), Liam (14) and Anna (11), and his former wife Beth. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Judy and Joe Novacek, his 5 brothers and sisters: Mark Novacek (Jill), Rebecca Dougherty (Larry), Dan Novacek (Erin), Mark Connolly (Valerie) and Liz Gumprecht (Kris), along with his Grandmother Gloria Zielinski, and his former In-Laws Jim and Darlene Shackelford. He will also be fondly remembered by his dear friends and extended family. Jeff was predeceased by his father, James Paul Connolly.

Visitation in memory of Jeff will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030. A memorial service will immediately follow with Deacon Robert L. Ochsner, Sr., officiating. Inurnment will be held privately.
