Obituary's Biography:

Jason M. Baldwin, age 42, a resident of Grayslake, passed away, Sunday, May 19, 2019, at his home. He was born March 28, 1977 in Lake Forest to Michael and Deborah (nee Montalbano) Baldwin. Jason loved to fish and was a custom car enthusiast. He was a devoted son to his loving parents. He is survived by his parents; his siblings, Kimberley Baldwin of Maui, Hawaii and Blake Baldwin of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his niece Khloe Dickson. He was preceded in death by his girlfriend, Brittany. A visitation and funeral service are scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm with the funeral service commencing at 5:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030.
