George Drymalski
Obituary's Biography:
George E. Drymalski, a resident of Round Lake, passed away Sunday December 9, 2012, at Highland Park Hospital, at the age of 72. He was born April 22, 1940 in Chicago to Edwin and Harriette (nee: Kozicki) Drymalski. George was an avid family man who loved being with his grandkids. He was a broadcast executive for 38 years. George is survived by his wife of 46 years, Penny, whom he wed on July 26, 1967 in Chicago, his sons Steve (Colleen) of Rosemount, MN, and Tom (Kristina) of Montclair, NJ, his grandchildren Shannon, Kiera, Lili, and Charlotte, his sister Joan Heuel of Chicago, and his nieces Terresse of Chicago and Julie (David) Vennetti of Chicago. Friends of the family may visit on Saturday January 5, 2013 from 10:00am until 11:00am, with a memorial mass commencing at 11:00am at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association. Penny, we are all so heart broken. George was such a sweet man, always joking with whomever would listen. He had such a great day on Saturday that it was such a shock. I know that no words I write will ease your pain, but I hope the memories of your life together will help you through this difficult time. Remember to take good care of yourself.
