Obituary's Biography:

Francisco Hernandez, age 88, a resident of Round Lake, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at his home. He was born in Mexico on January 22, 1930. Francisco was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Round Lake. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Aurora Hernandez; 9 children, 23 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Saul Hernandez-Rios; grandson, Roy Lopez; parents; and grandparents.
Friends of the family may visit on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 114 Lincoln Avenue, Round Lake, IL 60073. Interment will follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
