Obituary's Biography:

Emilia M. Katz, 70, a resident of Round Lake, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at her home. She was born July 22, 1946 in Swidnica, Poland to John and Kristina Pannomarew. Emilia was a member of St. Gilbert Catholic Church. Emilia is survived by her husband William Katz, whom she wed on July 24, 1964, her children Tania (Doug Treba) Katz-Machalany, Roland (Jill) Katz, her grandchildren K.J. Burnicks, Jake Burnicks, Ryan Burnicks, Jonathan Katz, and Nicole Katz, her brothers Richard Pannomarew and Alex Pannomarew, and her sister Anna Swiecicka. She was preceded in death by her parents. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 East Belvidere Road, Grayslake, IL 60030. A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Gilbert Catholic Church 301 E. Belvidere Rd. Grayslake, IL 60030.
