Obituary's Biography:

Elsa Klara Guschwa, a resident of Grayslake, passed away Wednesday January 15, 2014 in Libertyville, IL at the age of 93. She was born May 27, 1920 in Germany to Frieda and Emil Feth. Elsa left Germany in 1975 to join her daughter Anita in Chicago. Elsa is survived by her daughter Anita (Howard) Remus of Grayslake, IL, her son Max Guschwa of Germany, her grandchildren Robert Abernathy of Carrollton, TX, Peter Abernathy of San Diego, CA, and Thomas Guschwa of Germany, and her great-grandchildren Taylor and Ryan Abernathy. She was preceded in death by her beloved late husband Joseph Guschwa. A memorial visitation is scheduled for Sunday January 19, 2014 from 1:30pm until the memorial service at 2:00pm at the United Protestant Church 54 S. Whitney St. Grayslake, IL 60030.
