Dorothy and I met at Lakewood Towers. My move in was May of this year so unfortunately I knew her a short time. Dorothy and Bob had a wonderful relationship. Bob had told me that Dorothy was his angel and that he is blessed to have her in his life. She was a wonderful person and Bob only made her happier. They are back together again but this time Free. I will miss her as much as I miss Bob.
May they rest in peace with each other and know that they were a special couple and very much loved. You both will be missed terribly. 🙏❤️🙏
We are so very sorry to hear of Dorothy’s passing. We got to know her for just a short time when she became good friends with our brother-in-law Bob Geske. She was such a gentle lady and we enjoyed having her over for different occasions. She was so proud of her family and always showing pictures of the grandchildren and great grandchildren.we will remember her in our prayers.
So very sorry to hear about Dorothy – a sweet person and good friend to my dad, Bob Geske.
Paula, Henrietta, and family…so sorry and sadden the loss of Ms. Dorothy. I met Ms. Dorothy over thirty years ago when she had her hair salon, and we became friends. When she moved to Illinois we would talk at least once or twice a month; I remember the day when she called me all excited about Bob; she said, “I got a boyfriend at the age of 82” and we laugh…I could tell she was so happy. She was a beautiful lady who loved her family, and I am going deeply miss my friend and our telephone calls.
Those we love to do not go away; they walk beside us every day; unseen and unheard, but always near; still loved and still missed and very dear.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you grieve and always.
