Obituary's Biography:
Colleen Janas Todorovic, 33, a resident of Gurnee, IL, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at her home. She was born March 29, 1983 in Evanston, IL to Joyce and Tom Todorovic. Colleen loved spending nights out with friends and family and loved all of her furry friends too. Colleen is survived by her mother Joyce, her brother Brian Todorovic of Gurnee, her uncle Gary, her aunt Deb, and her cousins Lisa, Garret (Jenn), Chris, and Jason. She was preceded in death by her dad Tom. A visitation and funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with a funeral service commencing at 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium 410 E. Dear Joyce, Brian and family.
Our very deepest sympathy goes out to you for your loss. Al and I were heartbroken to hear the news. We pray that in this most difficult time you find comfort in knowing Colleen was loved by so many. She brought a smile to all that knew her. We have such fond memories when our children were younger and we had so many fun times. We will always remember those days.

I didn’t wanna meet up with again this way hun. You will be missed more than you know. I am greatful for you kindness, love, and devotion that you’ve always shared. My Mother and I want to express our deepest sympathies and condolences to you and your entire family. We were beyond saddened to hear about Colleen’s passing. There are just no words. We both loved her so very much, and valued her for her loyalty, kindness, and gentle hearted self as she was there for both of us through the tough, and the good times. We will never forget her smile, her positive energy, and her undenying support and love for our family. I’ll never forget the good times shared, the many laughs we shared, and the special times we enjoyed together seeing our favorite DJ. I Will forever value the friendship I was blessed to have with you Colleen, and your memory will forever live on in our hearts. I wish I could have one last hug, one last laugh..i wish I could be there to pay my respects..i will forever miss you Colleen. We all find comfort in knowing you’re now pain free and in peace with those loved and lost. Never will we ever forget you, and the impact you had in our family’s life. Forever remembered, forever missed, and never forgotten, we love you Colleen.
And to Brian and Mrs. Todorovic- we are so deeply sorry for your loss and for this unfortunate time of loss. Please know we are constantly thinking of the both of you, and although we cannot be there physically, we are there for you in spirit.
