Charlotte “Lottie” Cnota (daughter of John & Victoria Pietrucha), age 89, late of Grayslake, passed away March 9, 2021. Beloved wife of Fred Stanley Cnota, they were married for 69 years. Cherished mother of Karen (Edward) Mordue, Ellen (Bill) Johns, Fred (Maureen) Cnota and the late Jennifer (Eric) Trisilla. Dearest grandmother of Kerstin (Eric) Ceisel, Becca (Tiffany) Cnota-Boyd, and Ryan Cnota. Treasured great-grandmother of Mariah Ceisel, and Corey and Caiden Herzner. Loving sister of the late Stanley (late Toni) Pietrucha, the late Joseph Pietrucha, the late Helen (late Frank) Prorok, the late Walter (late Mary) Pietrucha, Jean (late Paul) Matuszak, the late Edward (late Loretta) Pietrucha, Bernice (late Bill) Belmont, the late Irene (late Frank) Wagner, the late Mary Ann (late Ray) Wagner, Theresa (Raymond) Hartleban, and the late Eleanor (late Joseph) Piszyk. Admired sister-in-law of the late Edward (Virginia) Cnota, and Mary Ann Trussler. Fond Aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation is scheduled for March 16, 2021 from 9am to 10:30 am at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvedere Rd., Grayslake, IL; Covid 19 protocols will be followed. The Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 22333 W. Earhart Rd., Mundelein, IL; attendance is limited, registration required.
