Obituary's Biography:

Angel L. Rivera, age 87, of Waukegan, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at his home.  He was born September 3, 1930 in Ciales, Puerto Rico.  A member of St. Dismas Church,  Angel was also a former member of the Puerto Rican Society and St. Joseph’s.  Angel is survived by his wife, Elba I. Rivera, who he married on December 31, 1956; his children, Angelo Rivera, Margaret DuFour, David Rivera, Rafael Rivera, Maria Borzick, Roberto Rivera, Nelida Rivera, and Evie Rivera-Peterson; his grandchildren, David Rivera Jr, Michael Rivera, Tiffany Vasquez, Christopher Smith Rivera, Tristan Borzick, Daniel Smith, Britteny Vega, Ryan Rivera, Trent Borzick, Taylor DuFour, Danielle Oilschlager, Ashley Rivera, Channing Peterson, Grant DuFour, Nicole Rivera, Amber Lelo, Erica Peterson, Desiree Rivera and Reese Rivera; his great-grandchildren, Jordan DuFour, Malakhi Smith Rivera, Neahmiah Smith Rivera, Payton Borzick, Brody Borzick, Victoria Vega, Aaliyah Peterson, Roman Smith Rivera, Ryder Borzick, Esmeralda Smith Rivera, and Valentino Vega.  A visitation will be held on ­­­­­­Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030.  A funeral mass is scheduled for Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Dismas Church 2600 Sunset Ave. Waukegan, IL.
