Dear Julia
Let me say I sorry and horrible it was when I heard yesterday the passing of you mom. She was a great friend and we had many texts and conversations. I don’t say this often but I was so happy to have known Doreen. Ryan was C a C quite the person who showed me what courage it took to battle 2 Bone Marrow transplants. That to me says it all about Doreen. I will miss my good for friend as I know you will and your family. Please except my since condolences to you and all if your families. She now is looking down on all of us and especially her grandkids.
I remember that Doreen was there for me when my dad passed away it was a difficult time as she was a true friend. She will be missed.
I am in complete disbelief that your mom has passed away Jenna I remember talking to your mom the last time you delivered at Condell and trying to find a time to get together. We enjoy talking about our grandbabies. I am so sorry for your loss. my sincere condolences to your family.
Doreen and I have been friends since freshman year in high school. We really reconnected last year at a high school reunion. We have been spending so much time together even took a ride to Shipshewana Indiana together because she was just at my house on Wednesday. We went shopping and lunch and swim with my grandson, Hudson, who she adored! She used to tell me that she was his other grandmother! I feel like the wind has been sucked out of my sails, and I am in such disbelief! She was truly a wonderful person who I only wish I could’ve had more time with! She was a strong woman, and I know that she is with our Lord and Savior. She will truly be missed, but I love you, Doreen.
Tim and family, I’ve only known Doreen for a short while, but in that time, I’ve saw a grace in Doreen that few have! Her cheerful, positive spirit bubbled and spilled on those around her! Our common friend obviously loved her as well, as he smiled and joked happily with her each night! I won’t be able to attend on Friday, but please know I am praying that God’s peace be with you all and the memories shared bring smiles and wrap you in the warmth of the love she shared with you! ((Hugs)) Beverly
From Colleen and Katie: Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

She sure loved you and the boys.
To Doreens family
I just found out today about about Doreen. I met her around November of 2015. We became fast friends and talked many times over a pizza about our families, kids and her grandchildren. She was honest and and a true friend.
She was at times my riding companion for the day on my Harley Davidson meeting some of my crazy friends. My friends immediately liked her. I moved to Oklahoma last year and I know she was planning on moving to North Carolina. She always said I had a place to stay if I came to visit her in NC.
I’m going to miss her dearly. 😢
