  1. My deepest sympathy to all the Wiswald family. My heart is saddened to hear that Carrie has passed away.

Your family was a huge part of my teenage years. As your babysitter, I spent many, many days with all of you and summer vacations up north. I still remember Guy and Laura. 🙂

Your mother played a huge role in my life. Being so close to your family was a wonderful time for me.
I still remember taking rides after dinner on summer evenings and she would lead us all in song. “Itsy Bitsy Spider” and “Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar” are 2 songs I will always remember. We sang and laughed as we enjoyed her humor.

Blessings to all of you at this very sad time. I pray you find comfort in knowing that other people care.

    Love to all,
    Linda

    1. Thank you so much Linda. We were very lucky kids to have you in our lives.
      Bill.

  2. Aunt Carrie was a most important person in my life. She took me under her wing and helped me through many difficult times throughout my teenage years. Her love and understanding shaped me to become a loving, fun to be with Mother. She was a great role model. I loved talking to her about everything and she always encouraged me to write a book because of the way I would describe things. Right up to the last few days of her life she knew who I was and for that I am grateful. I will miss her terribly but have so many wonderful memories to smile with. I love you Aunt Carrie.
